The residence is adjacent to two Liberty-style buildings to which it refers in the composition of the fronts, both for the materials used and for the bow-windows that enliven the facade.
With geothermal energy and heat pumps, the heating and cooling system was created with a domotic management of climatic conditions, lighting scenarios and the alarm system.
