In the area that runs alongside the Stura di Lanzo stream and the Arrivore park near Corso Giulio Cesare and the ring road, the Novotel of the Accor Group rises for twelve floors: on the first two floors there are meeting spaces, bars, work rooms and restaurants around the reception, while on the upper floors there are 140 rooms.

On the roof there are the power stations.

The interior fittings of the reception, bars, restaurants, waiting rooms, work rooms were designed for the Accor Group.
