In March 2003, the A.S.M. announces a contract for the construction of a multipurpose theater to be used as a theater and cinema for 800 spectators or as a space for concerts for 2000 people.

Thirty-two steel columns, sixteen double-slope trusses in laminated wood on which a wooden framework extends.
The claddings are in insulated sheet metal panels with the interior in plasterboard, while the atrium has a continuous wall in aluminum and glass.
A 6 meter high movable partition wall divides the atrium from the hall which becomes a unique space for concerts for 2000 people.
The great success obtained by the Theater, also for the playful activities of the neighborhood, pushed the A.S.M. to realize a further extension with a new deck in the atrium to create four conference and meeting rooms also with variable structure.
A peculiarity is given by the back of the stage which opens to the outside space to also create outdoor shows.
