The block of the Aurora district overlooking Corso Regio Parco 15, originally used as a plant for the production of electrical cables, is defined by the Municipality as a TE area with tertiary and residential use.
The project involved the complete demolition of the internal buildings for an area of 3000 square meters to allow the construction of an internal garden overlooked by the residential units and offices, as well as two floors of underground parking.
The reinforced concrete structure of the industrial building has been maintained for a total area of 12,000 square meters and lofts and offices of different sizes have been built on this, all overlooking the internal garden.
From the demolition of the internal bodies, the surface was recovered to create ten villas with terraces on the roof from which you can enjoy a 360 ° panoramic view of the hill, the city and the mountains.
It is perhaps one of the first interventions in Turin to recover an industrial building to transform it into a loft.
